What first started as a hobby as Alex Parker looked to renovate his recently acquired student rentals, he soon learned that the Tallahassee cabinet market had an antiquated pricing model flush with large margins and unnecessary overhead.
Philip and Alex teamed up in early 2013 as Philip looked to complete his first new construction spec house. Quickly the two business partners saw the opportunity that existed. Rather than rush to the market with an untested supply chain and labor management, they committed to fine tuning the business model on personal and family member renovations.
Over the coming years, roughly 25 kitchen cabinet installs would be completed when Philip and Alex decided the time was right to introduce their new pricing strategy and supply chain to the kitchen cabinet market in Tallahassee.
Efficient Cabinetry Solutions was officially founded in November 2015 and since then they have been providing solutions to customers that want help in bringing their kitchen ideas to life while committing to limit overhead and deliver savings to customers.
